Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure warehouse processes for efficient parcel handling, sorting and scanning are followed.
• Train and develop new team members to maintain performance standards.
• Support Supervisors and Shift Managers by escalating challenges and solving day-to-day issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with policies and health & safety standards.
