The role in a nutshell

As a key member of the People Business Partner team within the People department at UNiDAYS, your role as People Business Partner will contribute to aligning the priorities and objectives of UNiDAYS with the right people solutions and guidance.

The role of People Business Partner is dynamic and varied, allowing space for creativity and innovative thinking, whilst also supporting business-critical activities.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and partner teams, providing People guidance as needed.
  • Utilize people data for trend analysis, insights, and to inform solutions, initiatives, and learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to the success of the People department through collaboration and support.
  • Support the implementation and communication of people initiatives and projects, ensuring understanding and buy-in from employees.
  • Stay updated on employee legislation and requirements to ensure legal compliance and reduce risks.
  • Work with management and team members to improve work relationships, morale, inclusivity, productivity, and retention.
  • Partner with global teams to promote a vibrant and effective workplace.
  • Provide insights on department structures, workforce planning, and succession planning with managerial support.
  • Assist with talent assessments and compensation benchmarking, providing tactical support when needed.
  • Complete people-related admin promptly, update relevant systems, and ensure professional communication from the People team.
