The Schools People is a provider of HR & Employment Law Consultancy and DPO Services to Schools, Academies, and Multi Academy Trusts. Through our parent company Schools Advisory Service, we also support their clients with advice on Occupational Health matters. This year, we are launching the Doctor HR service to provide added value.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Schools People Senior Business Partner in HR & Employment Law. Knowledge of GDPR and management of Occupational Health matters in education would be advantageous. The role is home-based (we provide setup), but travel across the NW and wider regions is required to support clients on-site. The Senior Business Partner will deliver HR and Employment Law consultancy to clients, covering education HR and employment law issues. Contributions to our DPO service or the Doctor HR service are also welcomed.
