The Schools People is a provider of HR & Employment Law Consultancy and DPO Services to Schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts. Through our parent company Schools Advisory Service, we support clients with advice on Occupational Health matters, and are launching the Doctor HR service to add value.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Schools People Senior Business Partner in HR & Employment Law, with knowledge of GDPR and Occupational Health management in education being advantageous. The role is home-based, with travel across the NW and beyond to support clients on-site. The Senior Business Partner will deliver HR and Employment Law consultancy covering education HR and employment law issues. Contributions to our DPO or Doctor HR services are welcomed.
