Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking a People Analyst to support its people, culture and organisational transformation agenda. The role blends project coordination, data analysis, engagement and planning to translate strategic initiatives into concrete plans and measurable actions across sites.

You will work closely with the CPO, maintaining plans, dashboards and KPIs while coaching across functions to deliver consistent transformation and improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, transformation, PMO, organisational development, business improvement or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability.
• Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• High attention to detail and ability to turn data into practical conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and tracking of key people and organisational transformation initiatives close to the CPO.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, KPIs, risks and actions.
• Prepare clear management information, dashboards and progress updates at Exco level.
• Coordinate activities across functions and sites to support consistent delivery.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of annual Integration & Transformation plans.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative people and transformation data.
• Develop presentations and decision papers for senior management and ExCo.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight risks, gaps and areas requiring intervention.
• Translate complex information into concise, actionable recommendations.
