Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking a skilled HR Process Improvement Analyst to partner with HR owners, IT and delivery partners. You will translate business needs into improvements, drive data-driven insights, and support a scalable HR operating model.

The role focuses on process optimization, reporting enhancements and system enhancements to deliver measurable business benefits. The ideal candidate will have degree-level qualifications in a relevant field, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with HR

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Business Analysis, HR.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement or HR transformation.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Strong process mapping and change management knowledge.
• Experience supporting HR systems and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to analyse data and provide meaningful insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR process owners to review and improve end-to-end HR processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows and reports.
• Define data requirements, business rules and validation criteria.
• Support testing and validation of new processes and systems.
• Support change readiness and adoption activities across projects.
• Develop dashboards and self-service reporting for decision making.
• Collaborate with HR IT and delivery teams on improvements.
