Job summary

Navantia UK is recruiting an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and engagement. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and organisational development.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement data-driven HR strategies, lead succession planning and support recruitment for critical roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Project Manager in a complex organisation.
• CIPD qualification at Level 5/7 or equivalent is preferable.
• Experience in workforce planning, employee relations and organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues and compliance with employment law.
• Partner with leaders on performance management and capability Building.
• Support change projects including restructures and cultural transformation.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed and risks are mitigated.
• Utilise HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and communicate insights.
