Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR project lead in a complex organisation.
• CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to business leaders on HR initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning.
