Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking a People Analyst to support its people, culture and organisational transformation agenda. The role combines project coordination, data analysis and employee engagement to translate strategic initiatives into structured plans and measurable actions across the business.

You will work closely with the CPO to maintain plans, KPIs and dashboards, coordinating across sites to ensure consistent delivery and effective implementation of integration and transformation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, transformation, PMO, organisational development or related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability.
• Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• High attention to detail and ability to turn data into practical conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and tracking of people and organisational transformation initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, KPIs, risks and actions.
• Prepare clear management information, dashboards and progress updates for ExCo.
• Coordinate activities across functions and sites to support consistent delivery.
• Support preparation and monitoring of annual Integration & Transformation plans.
• Support initiatives embedding Navantia UK's leadership model and values.
