Job summary

Harnham is seeking a People Reporting Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract in the United Kingdom. You will deliver regular and ad hoc workforce reporting, develop insights to support business decisions, and shape reporting processes with accuracy and clarity.

Build and maintain reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI and HR systems; support workforce planning and strategic initiatives; monitor data quality and document reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in a people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analytics role.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear business insights.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its impact on reporting and data quality.
  • Experience working with HR systems and large datasets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting priorities.

  • Support workforce planning, people projects, and strategic initiatives through data analysis
  • Monitor reporting accuracy and identify data quality issues, recommending improvements where required
  • Partner with People Systems teams to support reporting requirements, testing, and system enhancements
  • Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and reporting best practice guidance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within workforce data and present findings clearly to stakeholders

The Role
