Frasers Group is seeking a People Business Partner on a 2-year FTC to support AI-enabled transformation. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes across design, workforce planning, learning and change management.

The role focuses on organisation design, role evolution, capability mapping and embedding change to drive engagement and sustainable adoption within a fast-moving retail tech environment.

Qualificações

• Experienced People Business Partner with change and transformation experience.
• Experience in organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
• Comfortable with technology-enabled or digital transformation.
• Commercial, pragmatic and able to operate in ambiguity.
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders on AI-driven transformation and operating model change.
• Support organisation design and role evolution aligned to automation and AI initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and capability mapping for future-ready teams.
• Enable learning and leadership capability to support AI adoption.
• Lead and support change to drive engagement and sustainable adoption.
