OneAdvanced is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, shaping organisational design, workforce capability and performance to help the business scale.

In this hybrid Birmingham-based role, you will translate business priorities into a clear people agenda, drive talent strategy, succession planning and capability development across a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior People/HR Business Partner in complex organisations.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into people plans and initiatives.
• Experience with organisational design, workforce planning and succession.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and translate priorities into actionable people plans.
• Lead organisational design and strategic workforce planning balancing costs and future needs.
• Partner on talent, succession and performance to strengthen pipelines for critical roles.
• Embed talent architecture including career pathways and capability frameworks.
• Lead change initiatives including operating model changes and global ways of working.
• Use data and talent insights to influence decisions and measure impact.
• Shape engagement and retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve experience.
• Champion AI-first and tech-enabled ways of working to reshape roles and skills.
• Lead cross-functional People initiatives to support leaders and teams.
