Job summary

New Street Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Interim AI Transformation Lead to partner with the CTO and executive leadership to drive enterprise AI programs, focusing on organizational change, workforce reskilling and sustainable adoption.

This role is business transformation oriented, not purely technical, and will require building governance, identifying priority use cases, and measuring outcomes across finance and tech functions.

Qualifications

• Led enterprise-wide AI, digital or data transformation programmes.
• Delivered significant change management initiatives.
• Designed and implemented workforce capability or reskilling programmes.
• Worked with CTOs, CIOs or executive leadership teams.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, trading or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organisation's AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritise AI use cases across business and technology functions.
• Lead the cultural and behavioural change required to drive AI adoption.
• Design and implement AI training, education and reskilling programmes.
• Build AI literacy across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Create an AI champion network and establish sustainable adoption practices.
• Help leaders redesign processes and ways of working to maximise AI benefits.
• Implement AI governance, risk and control frameworks.
• Measure adoption, capability growth and business outcomes.
