Frasers Group is seeking a People Business Partner to support the business on a 2 year FTC as it transitions to an AI-enabled operating model. This role focuses on ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to deliver AI-led change effectively.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and People centres of expertise to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes — covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.

• Proven background in organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
• Comfortable supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation.
• Commercial, pragmatic and able to operate in ambiguity.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People centres of expertise to translate AI programmes into clear people outcomes — covering organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.
