Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a senior leader to head a major AI-enabled transformation across a leading PE-backed professional services group in London. You will work with the executive team to redesign delivery, pricing models and productivity to drive measurable commercial value.

This is a high-visibility role with board and investor exposure, responsible for aligning technology, people, process and pricing to deliver tangible business impact over an 18-month FTC.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience within legal services, professional services or consulting environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI, technology or operational transformation initiatives.
• Board and investor exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-business transformation programme across multiple divisions.
• Drive adoption, pricing evolution and profitability improvements.
• Collaborate with executive team to align technology, people, processes and pricing.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and maintain strong board-level visibility.
