Job summary

Our Future Health is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You’ll support managers with day-to-day people matters, provide practical employee relations advice, and help raise manager capability across the organisation.

You will coach managers, develop pragmatic resources, and work with the People Experience team to resolve first-line queries while ensuring alignment with UK employment legislation and organisational policies.

Qualifications

• Practical experience advising managers on employee relations matters (absence, performance, probation, conduct).
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and its day-to-day application.
• Experience supporting informal and formal employee relations processes, with appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice and guidance to managers on a range of people matters.
• Support employee relations processes and escalate complex issues.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters independently.
• Collaborate with People Experience to empower first-line queries.
• Develop resources like toolkits and templates to simplify processes.
• Contribute to training, workshops and communications to strengthen management skills.
