Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive People Advisor for a 6-month FTC, covering weekends with a Thursday-Monday pattern. You’ll apply HR practices across payroll, compliance and stakeholder communication, ensuring accurate and confidential handling of information.

You’ll bring knowledge of HR software (Workday HCM advantageous), GDPR processes, and strong Microsoft Office skills to support payroll and HR operations while delivering high-quality service to colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR people practices and processes including payroll and HR compliance.
• Knowledge of HR software; Workday HCM advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDPR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
