Job summary

Greene King is seeking a People Advisor ERA on a 6-month FTC/Secondment to support HR operations across corporate and retail. You will set up case details in CMS, handle calls and emails, and build relationships with stakeholders to inform business needs.

In this ER-focused role you will assist with TUPE administration, process transactions accurately, and help deliver metrics that measure the team's effectiveness. A strong knowledge of HR practices and GDPR is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR people practices and processes, including payroll, HR compliance.
• Knowledge of HR software, Workday HCM would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDPR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Data Management, with strong excel skills.
• Experience of delivering and managing operational teams across corporate functions.
• Good at prioritisation manages own workload taking accountability and responsibility for completion

Responsibilities

• Establish and set up a case by capturing vital details on the Case Management System (CMS).
• Managing and handling incoming and outbound calls and emails from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Networking – proactively build relationships around the business to stay informed and understand business needs.
• Supporting operational teams with letters and other day-to-day administration within the ER department.
• Supporting with TUPE administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Develop and deliver metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the team.
