THG Omega, Manchester is seeking a People Advisor to deliver proactive employee relations and performance support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of core ER cases, advise managers, and help embed best practices across the site.

You'll coach managers, deliver training, support inductions, and contribute to engagement and ED&I initiatives while partnering with the People team and data colleagues to ensure accurate payroll input and timely HR processes.

Qualifications

• At least two years HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience advising managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Experience managing high volumes of casework.

Responsabilités

• Manage core ER cases including sickness, flexible working, performance plans, probations, grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Provide guidance to staff and managers on ER, health, and wellbeing issues.
• Collaborate with People Business Partner for complex ER support.
• Champion development of people management skills across THG group.
• Support parental leave management and liaison with payroll and data teams.
• Deliver training, inductions, and HR module sessions to management.
