Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or HR generalist role handling employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to build trust at all levels.
• Good organisational and IT skills, including experience with HR software; Workday is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice to managers and employees across the business, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Manage complex employee relations casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancies).
• Support HR policies, procedures and compliance with legislation and health and safety standards.
• Assist workforce planning, retention initiatives, succession planning and employee development.
• Support employee engagement, induction, pay reviews and HR projects aligned with company objectives.
