Job summary

THG is seeking a People Advisor for Nutrition Manufacturing to deliver proactive employee relations support in a fast-paced site environment. You will own ER cases, coach managers, and collaborate with the People Team on payroll and data accuracy.

The role involves guidance on absence, performance, wellbeing, and engagement, with a focus on building capable leadership and a positive, inclusive culture across the site.

Qualifications

• At least two years HR experience, ideally in Manufacturing.
• Experience advising managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Experience managing high volume of casework.
• ER knowledge and employment law familiarity.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own core Employee Relations cases across manufacturing areas.
• Coach managers on people management and performance.
• Support welfare, occupational health referrals, and capability processes.
• Lead engagement activities and inductions.
• Collaborate with People Team for payroll data accuracy.
