Job summary

Townhouse is hiring a proactive People Advisor to support operations across our Support Centre and salons. Reporting into the Head of People, you’ll own People data, guide managers, and help scale our People practices globally.

You’ll drive core activities like reviews, engagement surveys, and lifecycle processes, while partnering with leaders to raise capability and consistency across the business.

Qualifications

• HR or People role experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Confident supporting managers with day-to-day people matters.
• Strong attention to detail with HR data and systems.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Curious, proactive and eager to continuously improve ways of working.
• Collaborative and excited to grow your career within People.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees on People policies, processes and ER matters.
• Support core People activities including performance reviews, 360 feedback, engagement surveys, absence management and lifecycle processes.
• Own and maintain People data and reporting through Employment Hero.
• Partner with salon and Support Centre leaders to build People capability and drive consistency across the business.
• Identify and implement improvements to People systems, processes and projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Support wider People initiatives and contribute to reporting and projects that enable business growth.
