Job summary

Remote Worker LTD. is seeking a proactive People Advisor to partner with HRBP and the broader People team. You will deliver a proactive HR service across the employee lifecycle, advising managers and employees, and driving compliant, scalable people processes globally.

You will combine hands‑on HR expertise with a data‑driven approach to improve workflows, support performance management, and coach managers through complex people matters as the company scales.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• 3–5 years’ HR generalist or advisory experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Exposure to multi‑jurisdiction employment matters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions across the lifecycle.
• Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
• Coach and support managers on performance management, calibration and conversations.
• Coordinate onboarding, policy interpretation, benefits and performance management with the People Operations team.
• Lead on family leave and flexible working requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support core HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning and engagement surveys.
