Job summary

ODI Global is looking for a People Advisor to join the expanding People team. You will deliver high-quality operational and advisory support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient service delivery to managers and staff.

Working with the People Partners and the Data & Systems Manager, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes and payroll administration, while guiding colleagues on policy application and best practice. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Experience providing HR advice to managers.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience supporting payroll and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advisory to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and changes to contracts and records.
• Process payroll changes and maintain employee records.
• Support HR systems, reporting and data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance across activities.
