Job summary

Branwell Ford is seeking a Deputy Lead Pensions Associate to combine strong technical pensions knowledge with leadership and mentorship. The role offers a chance to coach and develop a team of Pensions Associates, while acting as the escalation point for complex queries and shaping day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid DB/DC pensions administration experience, confidence in supporting others, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
