Job summary

• Strong technical knowledge in pensions administration.
• Ability to lead and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support and develop a team of Pensions Associates.
• Become a key point of escalation for complex cases and technical queries.
• Help shape workflow, performance and day-to-day operations.
• Use technical expertise to drive quality and accuracy.
• Get involved in process improvement and change initiatives.
• Step up and lead the team when the Lead Associate is unavailable.
