Job summary

Trafalgar House is seeking a Deputy Lead Pensions Associate to support the Lead Pensions Associate in coordinating daily team operations and managing a portfolio of members. You will act as a secondary escalation point for complex matters and provide technical guidance and quality oversight.

You will lead Pensions Associates, conduct 1:1s and coaching, and contribute to service delivery, risk management and continuous improvement within a dynamic pensions team in Greater London.

Qualifications

• Strong DB/DC pensions administration experience.
• Accurate manual calculation and checking skills.
• Strong communication and coaching capability.
• Good understanding of pensions legislation.
• High attention to detail and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver First-Class service for trustees, employers and members while supporting the Lead Pensions Associate.
• Contribute to planning, supervision and development of Pensions Associates.
• Coordinate daily workflow, monitor SLAs and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure quality controls, risk management and compliance across the portfolio.
• Lead small process improvements and onboarding activities.
