• Support Post-Transaction Project Leads in overseeing activities after a buy-in transaction through to buyout and wind-up.
• Document/follow up actions with internal and external parties.
• Facilitate meetings, agendas and meeting minutes.
• Manage workstreams within large projects or smaller projects.
• Produce management reporting.
