Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a Pensions Operations Manager – Defined Contribution (DC) for the DC Master Trust environment based in Reading. The role requires strategic leadership of a Member Administration team, delivering high-quality pensions administration services and regulatory compliance.

You will drive service quality, coach managers, oversee governance, and work with clients and stakeholders to implement process improvements and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive DC pensions administration experience.
• Proven pensions operations/administration management experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of DC administration.
• Good understanding of DC scheme governance and compliance.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of DC Master Trust governance would be beneficial but not essential.
• APMI is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
