Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in Reading is seeking an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to lead a Defined Contribution (DC) Master Trust Member Administration team within a leading pensions organisation.

You will drive service quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, oversee quality assurance and complex DC administration, coach managers, manage performance and contribute to client relationships and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven pensions operations/administration management experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of DC administration.
• Good understanding of DC scheme governance and compliance.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of DC Master Trust governance would be beneficial but not essential.
• APMI is desirable, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
