Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a small DC Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with outsourced administration providers to ensure excellent service delivery and member outcomes.
• Act as a key escalation point for complex casework, complaints, and operational issues.
• Monitor service standards, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the DC function.
• Participate in business projects, change initiatives, and system testing activities.
• Produce and analyse management information to support decision-making.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong Defined Contribution pensions administration experience.
• A strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in either mentoring, guiding or managing team members with a desire to move into management

This role would be hybrid, 2 days per week, in their London office.
