About the Role

As a Pensions Client Director, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of key client accounts, ensuring service excellence, commercial growth, and long-term retention. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, identifying new opportunities, and implementing client-focused solutions within a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the relationship management and commercial development for a portfolio of major clients
  • Oversee the delivery of Pensions administration services, ensuring high standards against agreed KPIs
