Smart Pension is seeking a communications specialist to lead end-to-end campaigns, translating complex pension topics into clear messages for members. This 12-month fixed-term contract covers maternity leave and includes presenting results to clients.

You will own campaigns from idea through launch, develop creative concepts around transfers and contributions, and work with colleagues across the business to land campaigns on time and to a high standard.

Competenze

• Experience in workplace pensions or financial services
• Track record delivering campaigns end-to-end
• Creative approach to explain pensions
• Confident with data to plan, segment and measure campaigns
• Strong presentation skills

Mansioni

• Deliver communication campaigns end to end, from concept and planning through to launch, tracking and reporting
• Build creative concepts that bring pensions to life and engage members, with a focus on transfers, contributions and personalisation
• Craft clear, engaging member communications across channels that turn complex pension topics into simple actions
• Organise and analyse campaign data to target the right members, measure engagement and shape future campaigns
• Plan delivery timelines and work with colleagues across the business to make sure campaigns land on time and to a high standard
• Support client pitches and presentations by preparing materials and sharing campaign examples and results that show the impact of our approach
