Job summary

Spence in Glasgow is seeking a Pensions Administrator to manage Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, acting as a key contact for members, trustees and third parties. You will maintain the scheme administration, answer member inquiries, and ensure services are delivered to high standards.

Qualifications

• Broad pension's technical knowledge with 3+ years in a Defined Benefit administration environment.
• Detailed understanding of UK pensions schemes and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication with members and trustees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain administration of DB and DC pension schemes for trustees and members.
• Serve as point of contact for members, managers/trustees and third parties.
• Provide mentoring and peer review to less experienced administrators.
• Ensure transactions are completed to high standards within service levels.
