Job summary

Spence in Belfast is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join the Pensions Delivery - Ongoing Administration team. You will manage and maintain administration for defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, acting as the main contact for scheme members and trustees, while ensuring high service standards and timely processing.

The role requires strong pension knowledge, at least three years in a DB environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Broad pension's technical knowledge with several years in a DB environment.
• Detailed understanding of defined benefit pensions schemes and UK legislation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with scheme members and trustees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain administration for defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
• Act as main contact for scheme members, managers/trustees and third parties.
• Provide mentoring and peer review to less experienced administrators.
• Handle exercises from wind up to benefit calculations and research for schemes.
