You will learn to process transactions, respond to member queries, and manage data while developing professional skills. The programme emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service, with a path to broader pensions

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by the specified date and on track for 2.2 or higher.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member records in cloud-based systems.
• Process pension transactions and respond to member queries under supervision.
• Deliver timely member communications via email, phone and post.
