Job summary

Isio is offering a permanent Pensions Administrator role in its Croydon office as part of the new Pensions Administration Training Academy. You will receive structured training, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship while learning to process pension transactions and respond to member enquiries.

The programme emphasizes developing technical, business and professional skills through on-the-job learning, formal training, and client work.

Qualifications

• Completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 20 September 2027 with 2.2 or higher.
• Applications welcome from any subject.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member records in cloud-based administration systems.
• Process member lifecycle actions (transfers, retirements) in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Perform benefit calculations and validate data integrity under supervision.
• Respond to member enquiries by email, phone and post in line with SLAs.
• Manage caseloads to meet team processing targets.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing with colleagues and mentors.
