Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member records using cloud-based systems.
• Execute member lifecycle processes (transfers, retirements) compliant with guidelines.
• Perform benefit calculations and data validation under supervision.
• Respond to member enquiries via email, phone and post within SLAs.
• Provide clear guidance on pension benefits with empathy.
• Manage caseloads to meet team targets.
