Job summary

Isio is offering an Industrial Placement in Pensions Administration based in our Belfast office. You will support a portfolio of pension schemes, learn cloud-based systems, and contribute to delivering client reports and projects.

The placement runs 13 months starting 28 June 2027, with office-based attendance most weeks and a gradual move to a flexible pattern. You will receive formal training, on-the-job experience, and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year full-time university student seeking an industrial placement.
• Availability from 28 June 2027 to 28 July 2028.
• Interest in pensions and business.
• Strong numeracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member records and perform benefit calculations under supervision.
• Provide timely responses to member enquiries via email/phone/post with SLAs.
• Manage caseloads and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Complete mandatory training and apply learning to supervised casework.
