Isio invites talented students to join its Industrial Placement in Pensions Administration at the Belfast office. You will be part of a proactive support team handling pension scheme administration for a client portfolio from day one.

The role offers structured development, formal training and opportunities to gain professional qualifications. It starts 28 June 2027 for 13 months, with a mix of in-office and learning-focused activities.

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate year of full-time university studying, seeking a industrial placement.
• Available for full-time work from 28 June 2027 to 28 July 2028.
• Willing to work in Belfast, UK, without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• All subjects welcome.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Benefit Administration: maintain member records in cloud systems and run lifecycle processes.
• Member Engagement & Support: respond to enquiries and provide guidance on pension benefits.
• Team Collaboration & Innovation: manage caseloads and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Professional Development: complete trainings and apply knowledge through supervised casework.
