Job summary

Isio is seeking an Actuarial and Consulting Graduate Analyst to build analytical, consulting and communication skills for a career in pensions. You will work on real client projects, helping employers and pension scheme trustees understand financial commitments, manage risk and make informed decisions.

This permanent role supports study towards the IFoA qualification. No prior pensions or actuarial experience is required; we look for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, with

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or higher by 20 September 2027 with 2:1 or higher.
Open to applicants from any subject.
If non-numerical degree, Mathematics at A level B or higher.
Willingness to study actuarial exams and learn.
No pensions knowledge required before joining.

Responsibilities

Apply actuarial concepts to value pension benefits for employers and trustees.
Build financial models and analyze key pension risks.
Support pension strategy and day-to-day risk management.
Explain accounting, tax and legislative changes affecting pensions.
Prepare clear analysis for colleagues and clients.
Attend client meetings and follow up actions.
Contribute to proposals for new business.
