Isio is seeking an Actuarial and Consulting Graduate Analyst to develop analytical, consulting and communication skills for a career in pensions. You will work on real client projects and be supported to study toward IFoA qualification. No prior pensions experience required and a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial concepts to value pension and related benefits for clients.
• Build financial models and perform risk analysis for pension commitments.
• Support pension strategy, day-to-day risk management and longer-term objectives.
• Explain accounting, tax and legislative changes affecting pension schemes.
• Prepare clear analysis and communications for colleagues and clients.
• Attend client meetings and follow up on actions.
