Isio in Birmingham is recruiting a Graduate Actuarial Analyst on a permanent basis. You will train toward the IFoA qualification while working on real client projects and learning from experienced colleagues.

You do not need prior pensions or actuarial experience; focus is on potential, interest, and ability to learn. The role is hybrid with a mix of in-office and client work, starting in Birmingham.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial concepts to value pensions for employers and trustees.
• Build financial models and perform risk analyses for clients.
• Support pension strategy discussions and day-to-day risk management.
• Explain accounting, tax and legislative changes affecting pension schemes.
• Prepare clear analyses and client communications.
• Attend client meetings and follow up actions.
• Contribute to proposals and ideas to improve how we work.
