Job summary

Isio in Leeds is recruiting an Actuarial and Consulting Graduate Analyst. You will apply actuarial concepts to value pensions, build financial models and analyse risks for employers and trustees, helping with strategy and governance.

You will be employed on a permanent basis from the start and supported to study towards the IFoA qualification. No prior pensions or actuarial experience required; we seek potential, curiosity and willingness to learn, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree by 20 September 2027 with 2.1 or higher.
• Interest in mathematics, finance and business.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial concepts to value pension benefits for employers.
• Build financial models and perform risk analysis.
• Support pension strategy discussions and client communications.
• Prepare analyses and attend client meetings; support business proposals.
