Howden, formerly Barnett Waddingham, invites applications for a Pension Systems Analyst. This permanent role supports onboarding of new schemes to the Pension Administration business and offers hybrid working from any office.

You will contribute to day-to-day system support, reporting and simple/standard benefit configurations. The role develops automation for straightforward schemes, participates in project work, and builds analysis from pension system data to support client delivery and

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 5/C in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience of pension and payroll administration (DB/DC/CARE/Cash balance, and Hybrid arrangements).
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate level day-to-day frontline support of the pension systems.
• Demonstrate intermediate understanding of the pension systems.
• Configure pension systems to provide automation for schemes with simple/standard benefit structures.
• Participate in automation for complex schemes and standard project work.
• Produce reports and analyze standard pension system data.
