Job summary

BW Career Site 1 is seeking a Pension Systems Analyst to focus on onboarding new schemes to the Pension Administration business. This permanent role offers hybrid working across our UK offices.

You will provide intermediate level frontline support for the pension systems, build knowledge of standard and complex benefit structures, and contribute to reports and analysis of pension data.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 5/C in Mathematics and English required.
• Knowledge and experience of pension and payroll administration (DB/DC/CARE/Cash balance, and Hybrid arrangements) desired.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate level day-to-day frontline support of the pension systems
• Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of the pension systems
• Demonstrates an advanced understanding of simple and standard benefit structures; demonstrates an intermediate understanding of complex benefit structures
• Configures the pension systems to provide automation for schemes with simple and standard benefit structures; participates in the same for schemes with a complex benefit structure
• Provides support for standard project work; participates in the same for complex project work
• Produces reports and provides analysis of standard pension system data; participates in the same for complex pension system data
