Job summary

Barnett Waddingham in Leeds is seeking a Pension Systems Analyst to drive onboarding of new schemes into the Pension Administration business. This permanent role offers hybrid working from our Leeds office.

You will provide intermediate frontline support for pension systems, and develop an understanding of standard and complex benefit structures, including automation of simple schemes. Applicants should have GCSEs in Maths and English, knowledge of pension and payroll administration, and

Qualifications

• At least GCSE Grade 5/C in Mathematics
• Knowledge and experience of pension and payroll administration (DB/DC/CARE/Cash balance, and Hybrid arrangements)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Onboard new schemes to the Pension Administration business
• Provide frontline support of pension systems
• Configure the pension systems for simple and standard benefit structures and participate for complex structures
• Produce reports and analyse standard pension system data
