• Lead day-to-day delivery of pension administration services within your section, ensuring casework is processed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements, service standards and Fund policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service quality and increase operational efficiency; support adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of pension professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration and professional development.
• Ensure members and beneficiaries receive a responsive, accurate and empathetic service while balancing quality and efficiency.
• Support governance, quality and compliance with robust controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues across Member Services and wider Fund teams to improve service delivery and share best practice.
