Job summary

You will translate LGPS regulations into practical operations, manage performance, and drive service improvements in collaboration with employers and stakeholders. The role requires strong pensions experience and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working in LGPS or similar pensions environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading service improvements and managing change.

• Lead delivery of high-quality pension administration for 85,000+ scheme members.
