You will lead a team, scope and resource initiatives, and perform complex pension calculations with accuracy.

The role requires proven leadership in third-party pension administration (DB/DC), strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with specialists.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in third-party pension administration (DB or DC)
• Proven people management experience from trainees to senior associates
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to scope, cost, resource, and check projects/events

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Client Change Team, coaching individuals to perform at their best
• Oversee scoping, costing, and resourcing of projects and events, collaborating with Specialists when needed
• Perform and verify pension calculations for key events (retirements, leavers, deaths, increases)
• Run and interpret MKEY reports and conduct data mining to locate critical information
• Ensure compliance with pension regulations (GMP/GMPE, disclosures, etc.)
• Review Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules, and actuarial instructions to complete tasks accurately
• Own a portfolio of projects/events as designated Project Owner
• Drive process improvements and support senior staff with implementation
• Depose for Senior Operations Manager when required
